The apartment's lay out is spread over three levels and starts at the first floor with a little hallway, separate toilet, the master bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet and balcony at the back. The bathroom with separate bath and shower is situated at the street side. The living, kitchen, and dining area can be found on the second floor. From the living you can enter the roof terrace. At the third floor there is an extra bedroom with two single beds, separated toilet and study desk.
Area
The area is well known in Amsterdam. The Utrechtse straat is famous for its authentic boutique shops, typically Amsterdam café's and quality restaurants. The dutch Gordon Ramsey, named Herman den Blijker, recently opened a new restaurant called ‘Herrie' which serves great food and is good for spotting Dutch celebrities. The downstairs bar has a great variety of cocktails.
On the other side of the apartment street you'll find the Amstel River, which is Amsterdam's main entrance by water. When you cross the river over the famous Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge), you will find the National theatre Carré and the Hermitage Museum.
Extra information
In the apartment linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be there for you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher. In this apartment smoking is not allowed. A tram stop can be found just around the corner.
