The apartment is located at the first floor, it takes one staircase to get to the apartment door. The apartment lay-out Is very efficient. Kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with hob, oven, coffee machine,toaster and kettle.  The living is smallbut very cosy and comes with sleeping sofa, dining table for four persons and flat screen tv. The apartment has it's own laundry facility.  Bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and has an ensuite roof terrace and double bed.

Area

The area is well known in Amsterdam. The Utrechtse straat is famous forits authentic boutique shops, typically Amsterdam café's and quality restaurants.  The dutch Gordon Ramsey, named Herman den Blijker,recently opened a new restaurant called ‘Herrie' which serves great food and is good for spotting Dutch celebrities.  The downstairs bar has a great variety of cocktails.

On the other side of the apartment street you'll find the Amstel River,which is Amsterdam's main entrance by water.  When you cross the river over the famous Magere Brug (SkinnyBridge), you will find the National theatre Carré and the Hermitage Museum.

Extra information

In the apartment linen and towels will be provided. A welcoming package will be therefor you with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, wine or beers and tablets for the dishwasher.  In this apartment smoking is not allowed. A tram stop can be found just around the corner.
